POSITION Rundown

This position expects that you acknowledge the obligation regarding the conveyance of food administrations to every occupant in your relegated Occupant Gathering. • Actually get to know all occupants in your Occupant Gathering by speaking with colleagues and divisions, checking on proper inhabitant records, and direct discussion with occupants.
• Give quick, amiable and proficient assistance to occupants in your allocated segment.
• Help occupants and other colleagues with drinks, mixed greens soup, sweet, and any remaining assistance needs.
• Tidy up tables as you work your segment. Clean and wipe down tables and seats after inhabitants leave the lounge area.
• Perform day to day side cleaning responsibilities as planned and mentioned. Spot clear floor in the lounge area after every dinner.
• Set up lounge area tables with all utensils, chinaware, eating flatware and dishes. Top off sugars, salt, pepper, flavors, and spread dishes after every dinner.
• Set up conveyance and get everyday room plate for room administration orders.
• Set up and renew self-service counter and any remaining drink and administration stations.
• Handle every occupant concern and objections with artfulness and in a mindful, pleasant and proficient way.
• Convey and channel to a boss, all occupant, work force and different issues and data which could concern or be in any capacity valuable to the business.
